At Brasserie Lenny, the assistant restaurant manager is the right hand of the floor. You support the restaurant manager, step in where needed and make sure the team can always rely on one another.
This is not an administrative role. You are in the restaurant, you feel the energy of the evening and you know when to adjust — without anyone having to ask.
We are looking for someone ready for the next step in their hospitality career. Someone with ambition, warmth and the ability to both lead and support.
What will you do?
Your role in the evening's flow
Right hand on the floor
You support the restaurant manager in the daily running of the front-of-house team and take over in their absence.
Welcoming guests
You greet guests, spot their wishes and make every visit feel like coming home.
Team support
You work with runners, front-of-house staff and the kitchen to keep the evening running smoothly.
Eye for detail
You notice what could be better — in service, setup or teamwork — and pick it up proactively.
Who are you?
Does this sound like you?
- Front-of-house experience, preferably at a higher pace or in a larger venue
- Emerging leadership qualities — or already proven in practice
- Service-minded and presentable
- Resilient under pressure and flexible
- Direct, friendly and a good colleague
Experience is welcome, but your attitude and ambition matter more to us.
