You work in a dynamic environment — from busy lunch shifts to full dinner tables. You keep the overview, solve what needs solving and make sure the evening is right — every single time.
What will you do?
Your role in the evening's flow
Team leader
You lead the front-of-house team, divide tasks and keep the cooperation between kitchen and floor pleasant.
Host
You are the first point of contact for guests with special requests, feedback or more complex situations.
Quality guardian
You keep Brasserie Lenny's service standards high — from the welcome to the goodbye at the door.
Operational lead
You monitor stock, contribute to planning and rosters, and report to the general manager.
